The Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on Friday attended the 60th birthday celebration of former House of Representatives member, Hon. Ben Ibakpa.
Governor Oborevwori was represented by his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme, Ph.D, at the event, which took place at First Baptist Church, Ovade, Oghara, Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.
