HEAD of Service of Delta State, Mr. Reginald Bayoko’s name will be immortalised at an ongoing Union Secretariat building at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba, for his immense contributions to humanity and unprecedented performance in the Delta State Civil Service.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, the Provost of the College, Dr. Mrs. Josephine Anene revealed that she had known Mr. Bayoko for over thirty years and his unequalled passion for service, integrity and his unparallel disposition towards the needs of people is highly appreciated by many.

Dr. Mrs. Anene enjoined Bayoko not to be distracted in his godly disposition to humanity saying that good name is better than money even as she encourage him to continue to build a virile Civil Service for tomorrow.
