FORMER Deputy Governor of Delta State, Chief (Sir) Benjamin Elue has congratulated the Secretary to Delta State Government (SSG), Mr Chiedu Ebie for his successful recovery from COVID-19.
Ebie had on Sunday afternoon wrote on his Facebook wall, “After 21 days of treatment and isolating, I finally got a negative result for the coronavirus this morning.
