Civil society independent electoral commission accredited observers coalition in Delta State have stated that the Presidential and National Assembly elections conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on the 25th of February, 2023 were flawed by irregularities.

The accredited observers made this disclosure during a press conference on the Presidential and National Assembly elections at the Orchid Hotel, Asaba.

A communique read by Mrs. Nuhu Jessica, on behalf of the group, stated that despite the assurance by INEC on the transmission of the election results through INEC Result Viewing (IREeV) portal, the result as announced by the commission was a charade and not credible as it was below standard.
