“This is what we need, this is what our Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, is preaching, a helping hand to the needy will give hope to the people, and encourage others to render help.

“This is certainly, a rare gesture coming from the wife of a Police officer and all that we can say is, thank you and continue to reach out to the people because there is great reward for charitable persons and organisations,” Egugbo said.

Also speaking, Mrs Eboh observed that such gesture was a rare one.

She said, “what else can we say than thank you?

“Times are hard and it is not easy to see an NGO providing food for these people who have shown determination to register for JAMB and prepare for future challenges, so, thank you as God will reward you.”

Mr Usman Dimka, Commander, Eagle Net Squad, Nigeria Police, Delta State Police Command, Asaba, who supervised the distribution of the food to the aspiring undergraduates, said, his wife was passionate about giving to the needy and they have heard about how people spent hours in the process of registering for JAMB.

While disclosing that Pzafaama Helping Hands, has assisted a lot of persons in need, Dimka, observed that the Nigerian Police and their wives gives back to the society in several ways.

While adding that by giving to the society, the Police is working for a stable, crime-free polity, Dimka assured that Pzafaama Helping Hands, would continue to render assistance to the needy in the society.
