The Delta State Government has assured investors coming to invest in the state of it’s commitment to providing the enabling environment for their investments to thrive.
The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Kingsley Emu, gave this assurance when he played host to Charge D Affaires of the Rwanda High Commission in Nigeria, Mr. Vianney Rubagumya, in his office in Asaba.
The SSG stated that the administration of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori was ready to partner with investors that will invest in the state, as such strategic partnership was in line with the MORE Agenda of the administration which will contribute immensely to the economy of the state.
Dr. Emu commended the Rwanda Government for taking proactive steps in rebuilding the economy of the country after the civil war especially through it’s tourism sector which, he said, had set a standard for countries in Africa to follow.
In his remarks, Mr. Rubagumya said his visit was to interact with officials of the state on the investment potentials that abound in his country and for the state government to key into it.
