A Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Andrew Mozia, has called on Christians to have unconditional belief in God.

He made the call on Sunday while delivering a Homily during the celebration of Holy Mass at the Catholic Mass Centre, Maris Schools, Amachai, Okpanam, in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State.
According to the Priest, “Jesus said, ‘I am the living water;’ when you rely on God, He will grant your request.
”Water is very important to the existence of man, you can imagine why the Israelites cried out when they were without water in the desert; but God never abandoned them, He was able to bring water out from the rock.
”For Jesus to tell you that He is the living water, you have to rely on Him, it is only Jesus who can quench all of our yearnings in life; when you rely on Jesus, the living water, He will never fail us.
”Jesus encountered the Samaritan woman in her daily activities, meaning that Jesus is always ready to satisfy our thirst; we should rely on God to be satisfied; that is why it is said that a life without Christ is a life of crisis.
”Remember the saying, ‘What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?’ This should guide your actions.”
The Holy Mass featured thanksgiving by parishioners.
