A socio-political group, Ikolobie Ndokwa, will on Friday, organise a grand rally to showcase the achievements of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State.
The group which is made of Ndokwa youths had organised rallies at Ndokwa East and Ukwuani local government areas of the state.
According to a statement signed by the President-General of the group, Comrade Anslem Nzete, Comrade Henry Emeli and Comrade Fidelis Azaka, Secretary and Public Relations Officer of the group respectively, the rally designed to “echo good governance of our amiable Governor, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Executive Governor of Delta State will take place on Friday, 24th September, 2021 at Owessei Primary School, Kwale, Ndokwa West local government area of Delta State.
“Governor Okowa will be the Special Guest of Honour and our own, Admiral Mike Onah (rtd) will be the Father of the Day.
“The rally scheduled to commence at 10 am will have Prof. Emmanuel Achuenu, Rector, Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku and Prof. Ben Ejechi as guest speakers while Rt. Hon. Ossai N. Ossai, Rt. Hon. Olisa Imegwu, Rt. Ochor C. Ochor, Hon. Friday Osanebi, Hon. Charles Emetulu, Sir Fidelis Tilije and Hon. Dan Ossai are guests of honour.

Nnamdi Ezechi, Hon. Azuka Azaka, Hon. Ifeanyi Osakwe, Engr. Philip Ugboma, Chief Lucky Ossai, Chief Godday Mgbabego, Chief Patrick Ogelenya, Hon. Kingsley Ashibogwu, Chief Mike Ogeleka, Hon. Gavin Ugbome, Hon. Emeka Osamuta, and Comrade Alex Agha will be there as guests of honour. ”
One of the key sponsors of the group, Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi, stated that Ikolobie Ndokwa has done a lot to unite Ndokwa youths and keep them in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He said, “Ikolobie Ndokwa has become a formidable umbrella for Ndokwa youths. Politically, we are proud members of the PDP and at all times,showcasing the achievements of our Governor.
“The grand rally will be grand in all aspects; more of our people are coming out to hear about what our governor is doing in the area of ensuring peaceful co-existence, delivery on projects, strengthening our party, among others.
“Tomorrow, Friday, September 24 will witness a memorable event at Kwale and we are ready.”
