DELTA Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has approved the appointments of Vice Chancellors for the three newly established universities in the state.
According to a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr Chiedu Ebi on Monday night, while Professor Ben Emukufia Oghojafor will be the pioneer Vice Chancellor of Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba, Prof. (Mrs) Stella Chinye Chiemeke and Prof. Jacob Snapps Oboreh will be Vice Chancellors of University of Delta, Agbor and University of Science and Technology, Ozoro respectively.
Ebie said, “the appointments are with immediate effect.”
