Chief Christopher Oyemike, Ph.D, has thanked the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, the member representing Ndokwa West at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Charles Emetulu and his counterpart from Ukwuani Local Government Area, Hon. Chukwudi Dafe for the roles they played during the burial ceremony of his mother, Mrs Mercy Omenebele Oyemike.
The remains of Mrs Oyemike who passed on at the age of 72 were interred on Friday, August 15, 2025 at Abbi, Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State.
Chief Oyemike, popularly known as C.C., in a thank you message made available to NewsDen, also thanked the Commissioner for Finance, Delta State, Chief Fidelis Tilije, the Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Sir Christopher Osakwe, and the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Media, Comrade Fidelis Egugbo.
