Delta State Government has announced the release of the results of the supplementary entrance examination into the 17 Model Secondary Schools conducted across designated centres on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
A statement from the State Commissioner for Secondary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu urged all candidates that sat for the supplementary entrance examination to check their results online with the use of the scratch card with which they registered for the examination.
The statement said that a total of 1292 candidates comprising 740 male candidates and 552 candidates registered for the supplementary entrance examination.
It said that the results are already online, adding that the candidates should start checking their results immediately.
According to the statement, the supplementary entrance examination results was for candidates seeking admission into JS1, JS2 , SS1 and SS2.
It advised candidates that after checking their results online and are successful by meeting the cut off marks to proceed to the office of the principal of the school they chose for their admission.
The statement warned the principals of the various Model Secondary Schools not to admit any student that failed to meet the cut off marks, emphasizing that only those that meet the cut off marks should be admitted into any of the model school of their choice .
It , however, commended the Director of Examinations in the Ministry, Mrs. Clementina Ojumah for her steadfastness and commitment towards smooth conduct and timely release of results.
The statement described the Director of Examinations in the Ministry as a focused and result oriented officer and implored the Department to consolidate on the achievements recorded thus far.
