THE candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Godwin Obaseki has defeated the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu in the Edo State guber election.

Obaseki got 307, 955 votes to beat Ize-Iyamu who got 223, 619 votes.
