Also, the member representing Ika North-East Constituency in Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Anthony Elekeokwuri, said, “Join me as I celebrate a wonderful friend and brother, Hon. Raymond Benjamin Mgbakor, Executive Assistant on Special Duties to Delta State Governor, as he add another glorious year to his age.
