Obi Oputa in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen at his royal palace, Aboh, Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State, extolled the leadership qualities of Governor Oborevwori, describing him as a man who came prepared for governance.

“He has shown that a leader should lead by example and this award was a clear evidence that his activities are not only appreciated by Deltans but by event watchers and critics.
“The organisers of the award made it clear that Governor Oborevwori bagged the Governor of the Year Award based on his achievements in the areas of education, infrastructural development, people centered projects, and purposeful governance.
