THE member representing Ndokwa West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Charles Chukuemeke Emetulu, has felicitated with former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe Ibori as he turns 62.
Emetulu in a statement, described Chief Ibori as an enigmatic and charismatic personage and thanked God for His blessings upon the life of Chief Ibori.
He said, “Your Excellency, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, a very warm and happy birthday to you sir.
“You have been an enigmatic and charismatic personage from day one; on the occasion of the remembrance of your natal day, I celebrate you and celebrate your legacies as the father and pathfinder of modern Delta.
“Your place in history is secured, as the love for you from all of us is everlasting, especially from those of us who cut our political teeth under your tutelage.
“While thanking God for His blessings upon your life, I pray His unlimited grace upon your life.
