A clash between the police and members of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has led to several people feared dead.

Though, the number of those killed and wounded could not be as ascertained at the time of going to press, Newsden gathered that trouble started when Police invaded where members of the IPOB were meeting on Sunday morning at Emene, Enugu State.

The Police were overpowered when they tried to arrest the IPOB members which led to exchange of gunfire and throwing of teargas.

Our authoritative sources revealed that the clash disrupted Church activities particularly in churches located along the old Abakaliki Road, as worshippers scampered for safety as sounds of gunshots rented the air.
