Mrs Mercy, who was a frontline House of Assembly aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the 2019 general elections said, Wards 8, 7 and 4 would benefit from the donation.

“I have to reciprocate the love and trust shown to me by this community that stood firm with me during last year 2019 election, I can do nothing but to appreciate them with the little from my heart and to thank them to have given me the opportunity to represent them even though things didn’t work out as planned.

“We are not only going to give out palliatives to my people but we have also decided to set up a food bank in Ovu so that any person who needs food can go and collect,” the philanthropist said.
