Okpanam, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State is rowdy at the moment.
Newsden.com.ng reporter in the area stated that the rowdy situation was as a result of the burial ceremony of the slain Chairman of the vigilante group in the community, Comrade Emeka Nwaedozi, popularly known as Chosen.
Visitors to the community were advised to be cautious as the youths were displaying anger in different forms, especially, those riding commercial motor cycle, popularly known as Okada who were seen driving recklessly on major streets in the town.
