DELTA State Governor,  Senator Dr.  Ifeanyi Okowa, has approved the appointment of 14 new Permanent Secretaries.

A statement signed by Theresa Adiabua Oliko, Director of Information in the state read:

Oborevwori Signs Into Law Delta’s N1.729 Trillion 2026 Budget

It is hereby announced for the information of the public that His Excellency, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, the Governor of Delta State, has approved the appointment of 14 (fourteen) permanent secretaries for the Delta State Civil Service.

2.        The appointment is based on relative seniority, merit, expediency, capacity to hold office/commitment, cadre/professional spread and gender balance.

3.        They are as follows:

i. Charles Osakwue Diai

ii. Omamuzo Erebe

iii. Theophilus Chuks Aguonye

iv. Gregory Ejiro Ejohwomu

v. Patrick Ikechukwu Ojeblenu

vi. Patricia Obiajulu Esejo

vii. Fredrick Erhinyoja Yoro

viii, Nelson Anino Tetsola

ix. Dr Mrs Philomena Otavisiri Okeowo

x. Evelyn Ifeoma Ndobu

xi. Frank Akpomorieno Aghara

xii. Byron Adimabua Unini

xiii. Fredrick Gabriel Fuludu

xv. Frank A. Omoko

4. The newly appointed permanent secretaries are to be sworn-in at a date to be announced later.
