“Our Commissioner in charge of the Ministry for Urban Renewal, Hon. Michael Anoka from Ndokwa West is a youth; our Commissioner for Primary Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibuogwu is a youth and our Commissioner for Finance, an elder, though, not a youth but the brain behind it is that we want to promote the youths, we want to groom youths and when you are grooming people, you need experienced people to groom them, so, out of three Civil Commissioners from Ndokwa Nation, we say okay we must have one elder so that the youths can learn from him.
