Prosper Nwaokolo was trained in Electrical Installation and Maintenance in the 2016/2017 STEP cycle. He hails from Aniocha South LGA and is the CEO of P & N Electrical Services. He has executed many electrical installation and maintenance projects and has fabricated electrical devices such stabilizers and fuel-free generators. Five years later, he shares his success story.

“I have lost count of the number of buildings I have installed with electricity. I network with other electricians. Most times, when I have different jobs in different locations, I play a supervisory role to ensure quality job. The patronage and returns are good.

“I have diversified into sales of electrical fittings and installation materials. I am now married with a child and I care for my family adequately well. I have bought a plot of land. STEP made me the man that I am.”
