The CSACEFA Coordinator maintained that the organisation is saddled with the responsibility of creating a learning and capacity building platform to advocate, sensitise, engage and monitor, support and participate in government policies formulation, planning, programmes and projects implementation as well as hold government accountable for budgeting, allocating, financing and Implementation for social inclusion, accessibility, equitable quality education for all .

Keneboh opined that citizens needed to participate in budget processes, monitoring of interventions and ensure that resources were tracked especially in the most disadvantaged communities.
