THE member representing Ndokwa West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Charles Emetulu has felicitated with Dame Edith Okowa, wife of the Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on the 60th anniversary of her birth.
Emetulu in an advert message sent to Newsden on Tuesday, described Dame Okowa as “A dutiful wife to our Governor, a mother who protects her children, and a philanthropist who has displayed an uncommon love for those in prison and the less privileged through the ’05 Initiative,’
The law maker asserted that wife of the governor is “a stabiliser who has made our Governor not to be distracted and a prayer warrior who believes in God.”
While wishing Dame Okowa happy celebration, Emetulu prayed that God will grant her more happy years on earth.
