THE member representing Ndokwa West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Charles Emetulu, has congratulated Senator (Dr.) Patrick Enebeli Osakwe on the occasion of his 72nd birth anniversary.
Describing Senator Osakwe as a Leader, Father, Motivator, Mentor and a man worthy to be celebrated, the House Member, observed that Senator Osakwe has recorded a lot of achievements.
While stating that the Senator who represented Delta North Senatorial District for 3 terms is an enigma who has stamped his feet as a successful businessman and a political guru, the lawmaker who is representing the Senator’s constituency in the state House of Assembly, wished Senator Osakwe happy more years on earth.
