Maris Trust Council Condoles Emina Over Mother-in-law’s Death

The Maris Trust Council, MTC, organisers of the Maris Annual Public Service lecture has condoled with a university don, Chief Kemi Emina, Ph.D over the death of his mother-in-law.

Emina’s mother-in-law, Mrs Cecilia Uyaebo died at the age of 83 and would be buried on Friday, December 8 at Ezi, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.

MTC, in a statement signed by its Chairman, Chief Kenneth Olise, Ph.D and Secretary, Comrade Fidelis Egugbo respectively, described the deceased as a strong pillar of support, not only for her immediate family and in-laws but also for her community

MTC asked Emina who has featured as Moderator from the inception of Maris Annual Public Service lecture series held every Wednesday before Easter Sunday to find strength in the knowledge that his mother-in-law lived an impactful life and have wonderful children to carry on with her legacy.

“We thank God for the invaluable roles played by the deceased in raising exemplary children and for her service to God and humanity.

“Kindly extend our condolences to your wife, Architect Rita Emina and her siblings,” MTC said.

The non-governmental organization which uses the lecture series to proffer solutions to the challenges of the society, prayed that God Almighty will grant the deceased eternal rest.
