THE family of late Pa Anthony Okolocha of Abbi, Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta, has released the burial programme of their mother, Lady Chief Ann Omude Okolocha (LSJI).
According to a statement signed by Chief J.E. Okolocha and made available to newsmen, the remains of the deceased would be interred on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Okolocha’s comoound, Abbi after a requiem Mass at St. John’s Catholic Church, Abbi.
A service of songs will be held in her honour on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at her residence, also in Abbi the statement read,
Late Lady Chief Ann Omude Okolocha (LSJI), passed on peacefully in her sleep in the night of Sunday, October 11, 2020, at the age of 92.
A 5-day period of mourning has been observed in her honour.
Described as a “mother like no other,” Lady Okolocha was the wife to late patriarch of Ndokwa Politics, Chief Anthony Okolocha, popularly known as Azagalaza and is survived by several children and relations including, Prof. Chike Okolocha, former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development, Delta State, Dr. Eugene Okolocha, first Minority Leader of the Delta State House of Assembly.
