The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State has unanimously rallied behind the Renewed Hope Agenda, passing a vote of confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for their leadership, people-oriented policies and commitment to sustainable development.

The show of solidarity, described by observers as a major demonstration of political unity in Ughelli South, took place during the APC stakeholders’ meeting held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the residence of Hon. Dr. Chris Oghenechovwen in Edjophe, Ughelli South Local Government Area.

It was a gathering of political heavyweights and party faithful from across the local government, with elders, leaders and stakeholders unanimously agreeing that henceforth, all official APC meetings in Ughelli South should be held either at the party secretariat or the Unity Hall within the Ughelli South Local Government Secretariat.
