The Permanent Secretary, Office of the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Anthony Nwokolobia and the Chairman, Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission, Mr Sunday Ebireri, have sent messages of felicitation to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, and the Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, as the state marks its 34th year anniversary.
The duo in separate messages sent to NewsDen, specifically thanked Governor Oborevwori for the way he is piloting the affairs of the state since he assumed duty as Governor in 2023.
According to Sir Nwokolobia, “there is positive outlook as Delta clocks 34.
“On behalf of the management and staff of the Office of the Deputy Governor of Delta State, I heartily congratulate our amiable Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, and all Deltans as we celebrate 34 years anniversary of the creation of our dear state.
“At 34, we have made tremendous progress as a people living in unity and the administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, has made it obvious that Delta is on irreversible trend of progress.
“Congratulations Deltans,’ Nwokolobia said.
Mr Ebireri in his message, observed that the synergy that exists between the Executive and Legislative Arms of Government in Delta State as a result of good management of human and material resources by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor deserves accolades.
