A chieftain of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in ward 7, Orhoakpo community, Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State, Comrade Atakirijeyno Irikefe has urged the people of the area to support the chairmanship ambition of General Augustine Ogedegbe.
Irikefe, also known as Benin made the call in Orhoakpor while addressing newsmen.
He said, “a support for General Ogedegbe, is a support in the right direction, General Ogedegbe has done mavelousely well, tested and trusted in the area of empowerment of the youth and women of the local government area.
“General Ogedegbe has performed beyond expectations as Senior Special Assistant to Governor Okowa on peace building and intellegent gathering.
“If given the mandate come 2021, he will perfectly represent the people of Ethiope East in the local government area.
“General Ogedegbe is not going there to enrich himself, but he is going there to work for the development of Ethiope East and to ensure that the dividends of democracy gets to the doorstep of everybody in the local government area.”
