THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested the Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo.
Oluomo was arrested around 9 am on Thursday at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos over allegations of offences bordering on financial crimes.
The Speaker was picked up following a tip-off and taken to the Lagos office of EFCC where he was being grilled.

The leadership of the Commission is yet to respond over the arrest.
