“You cannot just explain how somebody that is very far away will be going to Uzoigwe Primary School, moving to a different local government area to cast his vote on election day;  it is not acceptable and the electoral bodies should do something about it,” Onyeme said.

The Deputy Governor, also, assured residents of Okotomi Phase 111 that the Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori-led administration  would build on the legacies of its predecessors, assuring that on-going projects would be completed while new ones will also, be executed by the administration.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Association, Mr John Ogbeide, said that the visit was to felicitate and congratulate the deputy governor for his victory at the polls and successful inauguration.

Ogbeide said that they were happy that the election ended in favour of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and wished Sir Onyeme well as the Deputy Governor of Delta State, assuring him of their support at all times.
